The Importance of Listening
September 3, 2006This is a short film created in only THREE DAYS for a Nesiya Kehilla Summer Experience in Israel final project.
NOTE from the Director: “The Ehud Banai song ‘Hebrewman’ is supposed to play right after ‘That’s the same song…’ flashes across the screen, but alas no one had the CD during production time. So, when I presented the film, I played the song over speakers at the appropriate moment. Oh well. It adds an additional dramatic punch, so at least imagine it playing in your head–or better yet, play it with your very own Nesiya-discounted CD copies.
As a side comment, looking back it seems I’ve left the audience pretty much in the dark as to what this movie is actually about. So if you don’t get the whole pretentious elaborate metaphor, I don’t blame you…“
Expect Films is only the distributor of this title.
